Bishop Emmanuel Botwey
Bishop Emmanuel Botwey succeeded his father, the late Prophet Joseph Botwey as General Overseer of Christian Faith Church International in 1991 and have faithfully served since then. He has a a passion for the Word, for Christ for the things of God and to see the making of disciples. During his quarter of a century of service he has overseen much change and growth in the church.
He is married to Mercy and they have two daughters, Judy and Debra and during their marriage have fostered over thirty children.
The Founder of Christian Faith Church, the late Prophet Joseph Botwey, responded to the call of God in the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) and worked for 17 years between 1953 and 1970 as the Overseer of the Beseasi Branch before he was burdened to start a Healing and Prayer Ministry and in November 1983 birthed Christian Faith Church, which grew to five churches by the late 1980’s. Today the church has grown to fifty branches in Ghana with a further four overseas.
The late Prophet Joseph Botwey served as the Chairman of Christian Faith Church from 1991 till he went to be with the Lord in September 2007 at a ripe age of 101 years
Rev Alex Sackey
Rev Alex Sackey is a highly devoted man of God, born on 18th Nov to Uncle Ekow and Mama Aba in Kumasi, Ghana. They are eight altogether in the family –
When Alex was five the family moved to Takoradi where he started at the Airforce Complex School, where he served as a section leader. His secondary education was at St. Johns Secondary, he was in the school naval cadets, the athletics team, and the sport prefect for St. George House. He studied ‘Dispensing Tech’ at Kumasi Polytechnic then to UCC to read for his BSc in Biological Science where The Lord ushered him out and took him to London
Married to Rita they have three children Shulamite, Godwin and Ephraim , Alex has read MPharm at Kingston University and has been the Resident Pastor for Christian Faith Church International since 2013. He served in the British Army until 2008.
A respected Bible Teacher and Counsellor with a vibrant prayer ministry and he is known for his good leadership skills (Alex means leader of men). He has good sense of humour, a strong desire for the word and a strong passion for the things of the Lord.

Pastor Alex Sackey’s debut book seeks to address the situation where believers want to pray but struggle to find the right words for their particular challenges. It is also an aid for those called to lead in prayer meetings.
This book is also for those that want to flex their ‘prayer muscles’ even further and see the Holy Spirit work mightily in their lives.
